Filings List

List of item filings made in Indiana.

The Filings List shows "item" filings made in Indiana since 1/1/89. Item filings deal with rule and code changes in the various workers compensation manuals and plans. These filings occur throughout the year as needed. The most recent item filings are at the top of the list.

Helpful Hints
While viewing the spreadsheet, also notice the additional tabs at the bottom titled "New Codes" and "Class Code Changes."

These item filings are separate from the annual advisory "rate" filings. For a summary of recent advisory rate filings, please go to the ICRB website and click on the "Rates" tab across top of the page.

 

 

Terrorism Related Filings:

 

Several filings have addressed the issue of terrorism by establishing rates and endorsements. For more information, see the "Terrorism" document in the ICRB CompClues reference database.
